Your doctor will want to see you regularly and give you injections of other medicines to help stop the growth of cancer cells. You may also need regular tests.
Females of childbearing age: Do not use this medicine during pregnancy or while you are breast-feeding an infant.
This medicine may make you drowsy or confused. Do not drive or operate machinery unless you are fully alert and can think clearly.
This medicine may affect your liver. If the whites of your eyes or skin turn yellow, stop taking this medicine and contact your doctor right away.
This medicine may change the color of your urine. This is not harmful.
This medicine may make your skin more sensitive to the sun and may cause you to sunburn more easily. While you are taking this medicine, avoid long exposure to the sun and sunlamps. While you are in the sun, wear protective clothing and sunscreen lotion until you know how you will react to the sun. Do not use a sunlamp. If you get a severe sunburn, contact your doctor right away.

- loss of sex drive
- impotence
- diarrhea
- nausea
- vomiting
- breast enlargement
Other reported side effects include:
- drowsiness
- confusion
- depression
- anxiety
- nervousness
Tell your doctor if you have any side effects that continue or get worse.
